💥EOD💥 Ab Work😥💪🏽 Instead of just one exercise with progressions, I decided to choose exercises that would work the entire core. These can be done by anyone at any skill level and either at home or at the gym. 1st clip- Weighted Crunches on bosu w/ 15 lb dumbbell. By adding the bosu you're able to extend further then you would being flat on the floor, giving you more range of motion. ( I was on my 4th set so my range of motion was non-existent lol) 2nd clip- single leg mountain climbers. Stabilization is 🔑 for this one. While maintaining the plank position, bring one knee to the opostie elbow which will create a "crunch" type movement while still stabilizing/tightening your core 🔥🔥 3rd clip- Reverse Crunches. Starting with your legs up, lift your hips off the bench by using ONLY your an muscles. This may be difficult to do if you're not used to isolating a muscle group, but that is how you will successfully complete this exercise. 5 easy miles after by killer workout yesterday😅 I tried a new workout for sprints yesterday and I really liked it! I think I will keep it in the rotation:) 321 treadmill sprints: 1 mile warm up easy 3 Min @8.0 20 second test 2 Min @8.5 20 second rest 1 Min @9.0 20 second rest 1 Min recover @7.2 Repeat I didn’t this for 4 miles and then 1 mile cool down.
