اگ دیدین گلابی هاتون داره خراب میشه یکی از گزینه‌های پیش روتون برای حروم نشدنشون درست کردن کیک خوش طعم و عطر گلابیه. #کیک_گلابی هنر فاطمه جون مواد لازمش گلابی  چهار عدد آرد  دو لیوان تخم مرغ  چهار عدد شکر  یک لیوان شیر  نصف لیوان ماست  نصف لیوان روغن مایع  یک پیمانه بیکینگ پودر  یک چهارم قاشق مرباخوری وانیل  یک چهارم قاشق مرباخوری پودر دارچین دو قاشق مرباخوری طرز تهیه  طرز تهیه کیک گلابی به این صورت است که ابتدا باید شکر را همراه با تخم‌مرغ‌ ها و وانیل با همزن کاملا می‌زنیم. سپس روغن را به تدریج اضافه می‌کنیم تا یک‌دست شود.  مخلوط ماست و شیر را آرام آرام به مواد اضافه می کنیم و با چنگال هم می زنیم. آرد و بیکینگ پودر را با هم مخلوط می کنیم و سه بار با هم الک می‌کنیم و در دو یا سه مرحله به مواد آماده شده اضافه می‌کنیم و هم می‌زنیم تا مخلوط یکنواختی به دست آید.( بعد از اضافه کردن آرد، مواد نباید زیاد هم زده شوند) گلابی‌ها را به صورت هلالی از طول برش می‌دهیم و با دارچین مخلوط میکنیم. مایه کیک را در قالب می‌ریزیم و یک لایه از گلابی‌ها را روی آن می‌چینیم.(میتوتید داخل مواد هم بریزید) قالب را در فر ۱۸۰ درجه سانتی‌گراد که از قبل گرم شده است به مدت یک ساعت قرار می‌دهیم تا کیک کاملا پخته شود. من توی کیک پز پختم کیک رو و چون قطرش زیاده کیکم پفش کمه @fatemeh_cookie اینستا @faridehrz ارتباط با ادمين در تلگرام آدرس تلگرام اشپزی خانمها در بیو https://telegram.me/ashpazi_khanoomha #آشپزی #غذا #تزیین_غذا #سفره_آرایی #پیش_غذا #شیرینی #کیک #دسر #dessert #cake #cookies #pastry #cooking #recipe #instadessert #mustseeiran #fooddesign #foodphotography #foodstyling #foodlove #homemade #yummy #delicious

You know, like for a rainy day or something. This one is super simple, and can be jazzed up any which way into a million different flavour combos 💃🏻 It helps that they're gluten, sugar and dairy free as well 😉 . GRAIN FREE LOW CARB CHOC RASPBERRY PANCAKES 🥞 . •25g coconut flour •2 egg whites •2 whole eggs •80-100ml milk of choice (choose your consistency) •2 tbsp liquid coconut oil •1/2 tsp baking powder •2 tsp xylitol •salt and vanilla extract •chopped up sugar free choc •raspberries . METHOD Blend everything except the choc and raspberries together. Wait a minute and see how thick the mixture is and water it down to the right consistency (coconut flour is very absorbent so it sometimes gets too thick after a minute or two). Then mix choc and chopped raspberries in (leave some out to put on top). Heat a pan and spray lightly with a non stick spray or use some coconut oil. Wait for bubbles to form on the pancakes before flipping. Top with the rest of the choc and raspberries. Spending some time today planning out my schedule and priorities! Trying to organize everything on my to-do list AND focus on getting them done is just not my thing right now. I love making lists, but can't seem to check things off! I get distracted WAY too easily. All I seem to think about is food.. I can't even tell you how many chocolate breaks I've taken this week 😂🍫 Don't get me wrong, chocolate is good for the soul, but it does not help with being projective!
