Watching you, (not) watching me 🤪 I’ll love you forever 🎼 I’ll like you always 🎼As long as I’m living 🎼 My baby you’ll be 🎼 Little man & mommy workout today & he looks like he’s already trying to crawl away to explore-he’s not doing that quite yet but geez 🙄 Don’t grow up too fast kid!!! Doing some upper body & core exercises today but I’m focusing a lot more on lower body these days. I’m roughly doing 4 workouts a week (sometimes I’m either too tired or have other things going on but really trying to hit that many each week) 3 of those are lower body focused & 1 is upper body. Usually do core work for all of these. Carrying him around is tiring & enough of a workout imo as he’s over 16 pounds now plus my lower body & core is where I really want to focus.
