💪Day 8/80! 😳I know that sounds daunting and I’ve had quite a few ‘HOW LONG?!’ comments but really guys, it’s only 2 1/2 months. That’s nothing in the scheme of life and health. 😀I mean, in the last year I’ve done 7 programs that were between one week and 8 weeks - and I haven’t been overdoing anything. The biggest difference is this is just ONE program so the perception is it’s CRAZY LONG. But I plan to always be doing some fitness program because I love it and because that’s life, so it totally makes sense to do one program where I see my changes and progress! 🤩Only one week in and I levelled up my weights today - aren’t you curious about next week or week 10?! 👉And since this one’s a long one, you can jump in anytime and we’d still have tons of time to do this together! Just sayin’! 🤪

I have 💁🏻‍♀️ over a year ago I started this journey I feel in love with fitness I was learning so much about nutrition and fueling my mind and soul! Welcome to my office! #EveryDayOffice . I was up at 4AM☀️ #Dogs I was just going to get up for the day then.. but Lordy!! My body was saying OH HELL NOPE 👎🏼 Back to bed to squeeze in a couple more hours to a nice 6AM . Horse & Chicken Business - its a GORGEOUS morning - so even with the chores and kids about to wake up I love ❤️ this time of day. Having them is a labor of love, but its one that gets us up and out everyday, 365 no matter WHAT. There is NO ignoring that commitment when your responsible for a pet. . A friend asked me HOW I do it the other day- and I simply responded I HAVE to!! Some days I'd like to lay in bed all day like I don't have any commitments. I'm human. But there is no "sleeping in here" ever. I'm DRIVEN to make sure they all have what they need AND quality of life! . I'd sooner skip commitments to MYSELF then to the ones I care for, kids and pets alike! I'd sooner ignore my own health and wellness to be sure they have what they need.❤️ . OK WHOA! 🛑 That doesn't work either, I can't ignore MY quality of life for everyone else. If Julie the Cruise 🚢 Director goes down, then what?? So Sunday is my planning day- I have to figure out what is happening for the week. How I'm going to fit in MY time too. How am I going to make sure I have what I need, cause lord knows you CAN'T pour from an EMPTY cup! The struggle is very real - I am not by nature "disciplined". But I do need structure to be successful.🙌🏼🎉 . I'm not going to call a do-over from last week (which went off the rails a bit). I'm going to keep trucking and make improvements. Got stretch marks? I do on my inner legs from having my daughter a year ago this week. Such a beautiful memory. Some mommies have them on their tummy, booty, legs, anywhere but I just hope you know in my opinion they are simply beautiful moments. Hard work, and trophy worthy moments. I've been waiting for this ALL day 😍 So, not only does this program I'm doing involve taking care of yourself physically through regular exercise and healthy eating, it also encourages mental health through SELF CARE 💕and proper rest!! So before I head to bed tonight, a soak in a hot epsom salt bath is just what I need. Seriously, a health and fitness program that makes sure I'm eating the proper foods at the proper time to properly FUEL my body and was created by certified nutritionists. One that has absolutely incredible at home workouts created by a certified trainer AND they tell you to make sure you MAKE time for self care and to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night?!?! Is this for real??? Oh, and let's not forget the fact that doing all of this is actually part of my job and I get paid to do this 😍😍😍 Somebody pinch me, because this part of my life has to be a dream.
