Habt ihr was geplant? ——————————————- Rezept: #laswissbakery Für den Boden: 🥄 1 Ei trennen und mit 🥄 1 Eiklar steif schlagen Das Eigelb mit 🥄 50g Dinkelmehl 🥄 3g Backpulver 🥄 Vanille aroma und süße glatt rühren und das Eiklar unterheben. Bei 180 Grad Umluft in einer 18er Silikonform 15 Minuten backen. Für die Kaffeeschicht: ☕️ 1 TL Instant Kaffee mit 50-100ml Wasser zubereiten. ☕️ 1 Blatt Gelatine 5 Minuten einweichen, erwärmen und unter den Kaffee rühren. Diese Mischung auf den Kuchen geben. Um den Boden einen Tortenring Klemmen und die oberste Schicht aus 🍰 100g Magerquark 🍰 100g Magerjoghurt 🍰 Vanille Flavdrops 🍰 2 Blättern Gelatine (5 Minuten eingeweicht) herstellen. Auf den Boden geben und für mindestens 4 Stunden in den Kühlschrank geben. Muffins aux pommes et chocolat Hey IG ! Voici la recette pour des muffins super bons et qui peuvent tout à fait être consommés au petit déjeuner sans que vous ayez faim avant midi :) Ingrédients pour 9 muffins : ▶️ 2 œufs. ▶️ 200ml de lait végétal ou de vache. ▶️ 32g d’huile de coco. ▶️ 125g de farine de blé demi complète. ▶️ 30g de whey (pour ceux/celles qui n’en consomment pas c’est remplaçable par de la farine) ▶️ 120g de compote de pommes dans sucre ajoutée. ▶️ 30g de farine de coco ▶️ pépites de chocolats et morceaux de pommes. Macro : 161kcal le muffin. ▶️ P : 6,6g. ▶️ G : 16,6g. ▶️ L : 6,7g. Pour ceux qui aiment manger sucrer je vous conseille de rajouter du sirop de coco ou tout autre sucre dans la recette. Crumbed chicken - def a winner in this house! So easy to make, and froze some for later in the week! - - Chicken tenderloins, covered in flour and then egg and then crumbed with fresh breadcrumbs & Parmesan, fried off with bit butter & olive oil. Then you have to mix it with 10g baking powder. Now fill muffin forms with the bright dough and put some blobs of the chocolate dough on top of each. Take a fork and marble it. Bake it for 12min at 170°C and enjoy the muffins💕🙌 🇩🇪: Guten Morgen🦋 Das sind perfekte Muffins als Frühstück oder Snack und sie sind sehr leicht im Magen💗🤟 Zutaten: -ein Ei 🥚 -eine Banane 🍌 -30g Haferflocken -20g Dinkelvollkornmehl -60g Magerquark -10ml Milch 🥛 oder Wasser 💦 -3g Backpulver -Süßstoff (-15g whey wahlweise) Vermischt alle Zutaten und gebt 5EL davon in eine Schüssel.
