Attempted a new jump rope variation for me. Definitely may have looked a little funny, but definitely was not an easy task. Lol I still have room for improvement, but there is always room for improvement. Although regression is still progression. In order to obtain the set goal one must practice progression out of regression. Even if those goals have expiration dates, don't allow anything to obstruct you way. Here’s a great kettlebell ladder-style workout that we did in class at @paradigmtrainingcenter a couple weeks ago. - Start with 1 Front Squat, 2 Rows, and 3 Swings. Then 2 Front Squats, 4 Rows, and 6 Swings. Keep adding reps in this fashion until you complete 10 Front Squats, 20 Rows, and 30 Swings. Rest as needed. - This is an awesome way to combine strength and cardio, and it can be done in less than 30 minutes. - For more workouts like this, come checkout my Kettlebells class at 5:30 PM on Fridays at @paradigmtrainingcenter OR head over to my YouTube channel!
