I had a pretty bad day, but still pushed myself to get my workout in. I ended up being at the gym for 3 hours because I was totally out of it lol, but at least I got it done! 😅 I decided to just take it slow and really feel my muscles work through each and every rep 🏋🏻‍♀️. I wasn't about rushing anything today. . So about my day, I didn't sleep too well and had to wake up at 4am for cardio cause I had class at 8am. I got extremely nauseous and motion sick from my commute, which stuck with me all day 🤢. I felt like throwing up and almost decided to skip today. I ended up going to the gym only to realize that I forgot my shoes, so I drove home and went back instead of giving up on today. 😤 I was hungry and tired, but surprisingly started feeling better as I started lifting! . We all have bad days. We will always justify situations and find ways to make excuses, but it's all your head. If you want something bad enough, you'll make it happen 🙏🏻 Tomorrow will be a better day 😊

Pause reps are a great way to get stronger and master a movement. If you don't have access to much equipment, make the most of your workouts by adding volume and changing the tempo of your exercises.
