- Good Morning Transformation Picture No.3- - Before getting pregnant weight: 66KG (8/10 UK Size)(See my previous fitness posts on how I looked before). - - After giving birth weight: 94.9kg (18/20UK Size). - - I knew all along that I would gain quite a bit of weight during my pregnancy as during the last 3 months of my pregnancy I ate anything and everything without really caring about the outcome I’d get from eating chocolate & junk food everyday but I couldn’t help it. - - I told myself that once I give birth I will go back to eating healthy like I did before becoming pregnant & I kept my own words and was determined to work hard and see results. It’s so easy to work your ass off in the gym but if you don’t eat properly and fill your body with the right nutrition, you’ll never see the results you want. - - The first picture (21.12.17) was taken almost a month after I gave birth so I had already started losing the weight you lose after giving birth so by then I weight 90.9kg instead of 94.9kg. - - After 6 weeks I was given the all clear to workout so I started working out a little bit as I still didn’t have the energy or strength to train like I used to so I literally just ate healthy to make sure I would see progress even if I only trained 1-2 times a week. - - It’s so easy to decide to change your lifestyle but it’s easier said than done but when you really want something you have to go and get it yourself and that means ALOT of hard work. I’m still no where, near where I want to be but there’s no going back and giving up. - - If I can do it, then why can’t you? F R I D A Y . a few less steps than usual but still over my 10,000 target. . Dinner out for a friend's birthday, arni souvlaki (lamb kebab), it was so good & I stuck to plan and had rice instead of chips!
