Have you done your Saturday stretches yet? 🤸‍♀️🙌🌟 ————— I love this one after a good workout, run, spin, etc. This focuses on the hamstring and calves (when flexing the foot it definitely intensifies the stretch). 🌟💫💥 ————— Hold this for about 5 slow full breaths. SO WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS.....We started with 1 move for 4 reps, then added another for 4 reps - then we started back at the beginning and repeated moves 1 &2, and then added a 3rd move, then back to the beginning and added a 4th move, then back to the.....okay I think you got it 😎 We did that until we got all the way up to 10 MOVES...AND THEN we repeated ALL of them for 2 more rounds 😝 Once we finished, my trainer said that eventually we will do 8 REPS OF EVERY MOVE 😱 LOLOL can’t wait 😅 • I am going to bring in a SECOND round of badasses who are finally ready to try this out (took ya long enough 😉), but I’m limiting the amount of people so I can fully invest my heart and time to help you 💕💕 SOOOO shoot me a message if you want to get your name on the list!!!! 😍We will start soon, so save your procrastinating for other things....WE’VE GOT WORK TO DO 💪🏼🔥
