One of my favorite movements for lower posterior.. RDL’s 🍑 Be it barbell or dumbbells, when executed properly, this movement feels amazing on both the hamstrings and glutes. You can feel the hammy’s lengthen and shorten throughout, while I always make sure to extend upwards by pulling directly from the glutes. No knee lockout allows for further time under tension. While keeping the chin tucked in and lumbar flat, stops the any lumbar hyperextension from occurring. Remember, your knees should be slightly bent, and always break from the hips. This is a hinge movement, and as such, the hips snd lower lumbar should be working. #CoachDbomb #Legday #romaniandeadlift #hamstrings
