535 on the 545 on the left, only one week apart. Hear the click as I start on the right and don't hear it as I start on the left. That's the difference between pulling the slack out of the bar can make. I have major issues with consistency on deadlifts. Here's something I can focus on. Anybody got anything else to point out? 💦Bday cardio session 💦 If there’s anything I’ve learnt from this process so far it’s that you have to make sacrifices to be where you want to be in the future. Saying no to vacations, or social events so you can be up at 7am for cardio. Having the will power to prioritize your long term goals over short term experiences. Knowing I *will* accomplish what I dedicate my time and energy into. Now it’s time for a sweattttyy hiit session.

Check out my client Sian and her pull up progression. Pull ups are an awesome show of mastering your own body weight and will build a strong back. . Try these progressions to start off. ⭕️ hang from a bar for as long as you can. ⭕️hang from a bar and try to bring your shoulder blades down and together. ⭕️ use a band to aide in the movement. ⭕️ try using negatives (jump up into the top position of a pull up and relax back into to hang position as slowly as you can) ⚠️ don’t forget to warm up the back and arms before giving any of these a go.

Same weight - 1 year difference What changed? In the first picture I had become obsessed with my weight,my main focus was to drop weight above anything else even if that meant losing muscle.I focused on doing a lot of cardio,I tried to burn at least 300 calories in a session followed by weight training.
