My feeble attempt at meal planning for lunch this week. 😅👆🏻 I plan to “bulk up” lunch with lots of extra fruit, unsweetened applesauce cups, Greek yogurts, and 1 point tuna packs if I get hungry. YOU GUYS. This 3 SP Chicken Parm was heavenly. I made a few adjustments to the @skinnytaste recipe (also used her marinara recipe). I used an egg instead of butter to coat the chicken and only about 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs. I also used @traderjoes Lite Mozz on top, which is 1 SP a serving instead of 2 like most other light mozzarella brands. I had 13SP going into dinner, so I knew I needed an option that would fill me up but help me get my 🔵 for the day since we were eating out. We chose @dickeysbarbecuepit. I love when restaurants are on the WW app! It makes life sooo easy! 3SP for turkey breast, 6SP for the mashed potatoes, and 2SP for the bbq sauce were all on the app! The chicken breast wasn’t on there, but it has the same seasoning as the turkey so I counted it as 3SP. I didn’t eat the roll, so dinner was 14SP. Just 1SP over my dailies!

Yup! 🤣🙌🏻 I’ve been so busy lately I was pretty stoked to just have a day at home. I was going to sleep in, clean the yard, grocery shop, a few kids of laundry, and the gym. Uhm, well I woke up just before 8 — then laid in bed until noon. The only thing I actually did was grocery shop and do some food prep for the week. You know what though, I’m not sorry about it. Unplugged this weekend to enjoy some much needed family time enjoying some holiday fun! Loving Ryleigh growing up so she can do stuff like this with us. Christmas really is the best time of the year.
