It's been a while! I needed to take some time off social media for a quick minute to recharge and reset. Keto works, but it didn't work for me. Happy Monday! This morning I spoke in an office training about some things I've been dealing with over the last year of so. It's no secret that I'm not where I want to be, my income is not at a place that I'm happy with. • At the end of August I knew I needed to make some changes, I knew that my lack of confidence and no accountability was going to keep taking me down the wrong path. • I have a tendency of spreading myself thin and over-committing myself so I wanted to start out with some small things, and for the past 7 weeks I have 1. Made my bed everyday 2. I've spent 15 minutes (minimum) listening to personal development audio 3. I have spent 30 minutes being physical. • I 100% attribute the fact that I've been focused and driven to the small win of making my bed 🤷🏼‍♀️ confidence is built in the little things and those little things compound and overflow from your personal life into your business life, and this is where my focus has been. It's been a LOOOONG time since I've seen this competitive edge come out in me.....and it's the byproduct of choosing to make my bed every morning

Keto Chicken Fingers with cauliflower tots! I took a little bit of almond flour and mixed it in any types of seasonings I could find in my pantry. I lightly fried them in a skiff of oil and then baked them in the oven. Tots- were a lot better than I expected them to me...
