Happy Friday everyone..... one of the biggest things I’ve learned recently.......down time is as important as “go” time. For almost 30 years I worked 7 days a week. Some recent adventures have shown me it’s ok to take weekends for myself and more importantly my family. A wise person recently told me “nobody is going to give it to you so just go ahead and take it” and my celebration of the weekend began.
No matter the level of success you achieve...... always stay humble. I have always lived this way. With that in check get out there and make things happen. You can’t change the world if you just stand around talking about it.
One of the biggest changes I made after losing my sister Shelly to cancer is I no longer look backwards and worry or stress over what has happened . Instead I choose to focus on what is ahead in my journey. Worrying about what has already happened is a complete waste of time.
Good times with great friends and family making homemade almond crunch. Lots of laughs and fun.
As I sit here with my family, my thoughts are of how grateful I am tonight. My family has endured a challenging time but that too has come to pass. Thank you to dozens of GREAT FRIENDS and our family at 360 who have provided so much support. The level of love that was shown almost leaves me speechless. Thank you to my beloved sister Shelly for looking over me and my family. The loss of my sister is the reason I started 360 Wellness and continues to inspire me everyday. If we focus on challenging the status quo and continue to innovate, we will have a profound impact on the health of our community. Together we WILL change the world.

The great move is underway.... set up of our new on site business office has begun. Excited to complete a much needed reorganization. Clearly defined processes and procedures are key to business success.
While we often spend huge amounts of energy chasing the all mighty $, the things that are most important in life are truly FREE. Without these 10 attributes life is pointless. Always focus on what’s important.
Another delicious meal. Cauliflower rice with pea pods, onions, Brussel sprouts and fresh made pesto. So tasty and healthy at the same time.

One of the most important attributes that successful business people have in common is persistence. It often seems easier to give up when things are taking longer than expected. Never give up on your dreams.
Just watched another inspirational movie about entrepreneurship. This movie had it all.... innovation, personal sacrifice, dreams, hurdles to jump, deceit, greed, betrayal, and finally triumph. These are often the attributes that go into building a successful business. While some of the challenges we come across may drag us down and even make us start to doubt our journey..... have faith that everything will turn out right. While business can be cutthroat, always stay on the side of LIGHT and GOOD! Stay focused on WHY you started and don’t let anyone derail you.
Join us for our prenatal workshop. So much info packed into this session. Bring your friends and significant others. December 9 at noon.
Just dropped off a full truck load of Christmas decorations at Stony Plain FCSS. In preparation for our next big adventure we are finding new homes for a lot of stuff. A young family was leaving FCSS as I was unloading....... I gave the kids the Mickey and Minnie Xmas set that I had bought for my grandparents many years ago. To see the excitement on the faces of 3 little ones warmed my heart. There are so many families struggling these days....... let’s all do what we can to make sure everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
